Niki "Kaibuxxe" Jedlicka made a name for himself in online poker just three years ago when he won $3 million on Full Tilt Poker in just three months time back in 2007. Niki had been on hiatus for some time and now is back at Full Tilt Poker. But after being back just a short time Niki took quite a hit after playing online against fellow poker pro Patrik Antonius.
Niki became so popular after earning the large amount of money at the Full Tilt tables that he was asked by the poker room to be on their Team. Niki joined the team and it was not soon after that when things began to go downhill.
Niki began to play other pros at Full Tilt and earn major losses. Phil Ivey was one of the players Niki went up against and lost to back in 2007. It was shortly after losing his big bankroll that Niki disappeared from online play.
Recently Niki has reappeared at the high limit tables at Full Tilt poker. Just a few days ago he won $1 million in one session [Ed note - be nice to have just earned Full Tilt Rakeback from that table]. During that session Tom Dwan lost $800,000, which was the bulk of what Niki won.
But Niki has not seen just success at Full Tilt Poker. Last night Niki faced Patrik Antonius at the high stakes PLO tables and lost more than $600,000, over half of the $1 million he had earned in just one session.
Antonius managed to earn $500,000 during the session and Phil “OMGClayAiken” Galfond and luckexpress10 also managed to have good nights earning $200,000 each. Even though Niki lost a good bit he is still in the clear since he won such a huge pot just a few days ago.
