Shawn "phatcat" Luman is the winner of the Main Event at the inaugural Bodog Poker Open (BPO) and received the the biggest prize in BodogPoker history. Luman beat out 595 other players to take home over $75,000. This includes an additional $25,000 that Bodog added to the pot of the main event. Bodog Poker also added an extra $10,000 to the pot for each of the five previous events in the inaugural Bodog Poker Open.
In addition to being crowned the first ever Bodog Poker Champion, Luman also received an engraved Omega Speedmaster Pro watch worth $4,400.
The Bodog Poker Open included a six-event series where Bodog added a total of $75,000 in additional money to the BPO's prize pools, ensuring a much bigger payday for its players and giving them exceptional value for their buy-ins.
