Bodog Poker Releases Beta Software - Monday, June 23, 2008 at 09:51
Bodog.com announced last Monday the release of its new beta software client with several new features, including resizable poker tables, full screen views, on-demand player tools, embedded chat and added game information.

Members of BodogPoker have been requesting resizable tables more than any other feature. BodogPoker is happy to provide the new updated software in a beta client for public use, allowing the players themselves to test out the functionality of the new additions. This is the first time Bodog Poker has provided its players with a public beta version of a new software update, and is encouraging all members to offer feedback on the poker client. The input received will directly impact all future upgrades to the BodogPoker software.

The BodogPoker beta client is run separately from the current BodogPoker client, allowing players to choose between each program, while also providing the ability to compare one software platform to the other. Bodog Poker intends to utilize beta testing for all future upgrades as well, including an upcoming revision that will allow for more than 3 simultaneous tables - a major perk for practiced multi-tablers.

"Offering players the most secure and enjoyable online gaming experience possible is paramount to Bodog," stated Alwyn Morris, CEO of the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group. "When Bodog Poker players asked for new features like resizable game play windows and full screen mode, we listened, integrating those features into the new beta client. These new features are just another step in Bodog's on-going evolution and players can look forward to much more in the future."
