BodogLife has announced the signing of 22-year-old Justin Bonomo, a sensational online poker player turned live tournament professional. Bonomo, better known by his Internet handle 'ZeeJustin', has joined the ranks of the elite Team Bodog Pros.
Among Bonomo's fellow Bodog Pros are such headlining names as Josh Arieh, Evelyn Ng, David Williams and Jean-Robert Bellande. Team Bodog will be making a highly anticipated appearance at the upcoming 2008 World Series of Poker (WSOP), and Bonomo couldn't be more thrilled about the opportunity.
BodogPoker.com released a statement in which Bonomo was quoted, "I'm extremely excited about joining the select ranks of Team Bodog pros and becoming an ambassador for the Bodog brand alongside David, Evy and Jean-Robert. I know each of them personally and I have tremendous respect for each of them."
Justin Bonomo's short but lucrative career began on the Internet and quickly scaled the ladder to include many of todays most prestigious land-based poker tournaments. Bonomo has cashed on numerous occasions in WSOP, EPT and WPT events. At the 2007 WSOP, Justin whittled his way into the final table of a $2,000 No-Limit Hold'em event, as well as the 2007 Caesars Palace Classic. He also made the final table at the EPT French Open in 2005. More recently, Justin claimed $69,594 with a 5th place finish at a 2008 WSOP Circuit event at Caesars Palace.
Alwyn Morris, CEO of Morris Mohawk Gaming Group, who handles all Bodog Poker operations, proudly announced the addition of Justin Bonomo to the Bodog Pros.
