With the kick off of the wwwFullTiltPoker.com Online Poker Series XII last week one would think that the regular weekend tournaments would suffer in player’s numbers but that was not the case. Although the FTOPS XII tournaments were busy over the weekend players still showed up to compete in the $200K guaranteed Sunday Mulligan tournament.
The turnout was so good, at just over one thousand players, that the guaranteed prize pool was increased to $219,200. The buy-in for the tournament was $200 plus $16 and only ninety nine spots were paid. Online player’s cswidler and BRiha5254 made it to heads up play and it would be cswidler who would go out first leaving BRiha5254 to take the win and the $49,320 first place prize.
