It's been an awe inspiring weekend at Full Tilt Poker, not just because of the lucrative online poker tournaments awarding more than $1,000,000, but for the astounding performances of its own FullTiltPoker.net Pro, David Benyamine, both on and off the computer screen.
Benyamine has done quite well in the 2008 World Series of Poker thus far, finishing in several final tables for a few hundred thousand in profits. Last Saturday, Benyamine did the one thing his lifetime list of to-do’s had been lacking for so long - David Benyamine captured his first WSOP Bracelet. It happened in Event #37, $10 World Championship NL Omaha Hi/Lo, worth more than $535k (and the coveted bracelet, of course.)
But the story doesn’t end there, either. Benyamine, not completely satisfied with his WSOP earnings, could be found playing cash tables atwww.FullTiltPoker.com when not purposefully entranced by the Las Vegas lights. Since last Friday alone, David has accumulated more than $250,000 in $200/$400 PL Omaha cash tables at Full Tilt.
That substantial amount is added to his previous FullTilt Poker online earnings this year, totaling about $816,000. It would be interesting to converse with David at this point as to when he finds time to eat, sleep and perform all of daily life’s necessities!
And finally, the Full Tilt Poker $750,000 Guaranteed tournament summary that typically starts off this weekend report…
A field of 3,455 converged on Full Tilt Poker’s weekly $750k GP. The final table dwindled to three as only IzabelG, Nairb09 and judybac21 remained. In reverse order, they would each be ousted, one by one.
In the end, IzabelG would take home the top prize of $132,787, followed by Nairb09 with a 2nd place purse of $80,250 and judybac21 in 3rd, worth $52,500. IzabelG is a regular in lucrative Full Tilt Poker online tournaments, having finished in the money bubble in numerous events worth hundreds and thousands. Congrats to IzabelG for taking down the Full Tilt Poker $750,000 Sunday Guaranteed.
