Two players filed the suit against the online poker room after they had $80,000 removed from their online poker accounts. The two players were accused of using poker bots at Full Tilt Poker.

Poker bots are strictly forbidden at Full Tilt Poker and the poker room has stated that the funds were seized after experts at the poker room investigated and found that the style of play used by the players was consistent of a bot. Full Tilt also commented that one of the players had another account at Full Tilt which would be breaking the multi-accounting policy of the poker room.
