It was another lucrative Sunday afternoon in the online poker world, trumped by a stellar finish at the largest weekly guarantee in the industry - the Poker Stars.com Sunday Million, guaranteeing $1,500,000. Excessive entries boosted the prize pool over $1.6m, giving "LosChief" an exceptional 1st place prize of more than $200k.
The action got underway at PokerStars.com last Sunday at 4:30pm ET as 8,260 players converged on the virtual felt; enough to jump the $1.5m guarantee as high as $1,652,000. The top 1,260 finishers would see a piece of the enormous prize pool.

After nearly 10 hours of rigorous cardroom combat, a winner finally emerged. “LosChief” was able to overtake “Birdstone44” in the final hand, claiming the PokerStars Sunday Million crown and the 1st place prize of $200,057. “Birdstone44” earned a hefty 2nd place prize of $134,638.
