Players at PokerStars.net will be excited to hear that the online poker site is offering players an opportunity to play tennis pro in heads up play as well as attend the top Tennis Championship event of the year.
PokerStars has teamed up with Boris Becker to send two players to Wimbledon to watch day one of the Championships. This is a great opportunity for tennis fans to visit the much anticipated championships as well as play poker against one of the best tennis players in the world. To earn the seats players must qualify in one of many tournaments available at PokerStars which will run over the next three weeks.
The qualifiers take place each day at 13:00 and 19:00 UK time or players can compete in $1 MTT at 20:00 UK time.
$5 MTT's will take place at 14:00 each day at PokerStars during the next three weeks. The players who do well during the tournaments in the three week period will move on to the weekly final. The player who earns first during the weekly final will earn two tickets to day one of Wimbledon as well as competing against Boris Becker in the battleship match.
The battleship match will take place in London on the 21st of June and the first day of Wimbledon will begin on June 22nd. This is a great opportunity for players to earn extra cash and a nice trip to the Tennis Championships. Many celebrities and top tennis players attend the Tennis Championships so it will make for a very interesting trip.
