Summary (5.83) Poker4Ever is
one of the smallest rooms you will find in the online poker world.
They are trying to pick up new players through some aggressive
advertising, but due to the competitive nature of the online poker
world, it is very hard for new rooms to break into the scene.
They don't have a gimmick to use, such as
Full
Tilt Poker with their poker pros. So, unless they figure out
some way to start drawing more players to their site, they are going
to stay a very small room.
Software & Interface
(7)
The software on Poker4Ever is actually pretty solid. The
graphics are great with three dimensional players. The lobby
displays relevant information such as percentage of players seeing the
flop as well as the number of hands being played per average.
The software itself is fast and from what we've experienced, very
stable. Although they have yet to have any significant number of
players on the site, so who knows if their software can handle the
traffic of a Poker
Stars.
Ring Game & Tournament Action (4)
Poker4Ever has so little traffic, it's hard to judge the action.
For the most part, it appears to be about average in competition.
They don't have a casino attached to their room to draw in the fish,
and they haven't been around long enough to have any established poker
pros playing there. The action is light at best, mostly
concentrated in the low and micro-limit games. They do offer
tournaments, but there aren't all that many tournaments running
throughout the day.
Game Variety (7)
Poker4Ever game variety is basically industry standard.
They offer Texas Holdem in Pot Limit, No-Limit, and Limit.
Poker4Ever offers Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo, as well as Seven Card Stud.
They have Sit & Go tournaments as well as full multi-table
tournaments. The stakes on Poker4Ever range from $.05/$.10 to
$40/$80.
The Competition (5)
The competition on Poker4Ever is about average. Again, they
don't have a casino to draw in the weak players, and they haven't been
around long enough to have any established pros playing there.
The people that are currently playing seem to be those testing out the
site to see if it's a site they want to play on rather than that site
being their main source for online poker.
Signup
Bonus & Promotions (7) Poker4Ever has a decent sign-up
bonus of 40% up to $100 for new depositing players. The bonus is
pretty easy to clear, only requiring 7 rake points per dollar of
bonus. So, if you have a $50 bonus pending, you will only need
to earn 350 rake points. Be sure to use the
Bonus Code: VPPBONUS.
Customer
Service (5) Currently, the only support function available
is via email. Poker4Ever usually responds quickly and accurately.
