It is not uncommon for online poker rooms to partner with other companies to work together to better themselves. Many online poker rooms partner with sports teams, beverage companies, etc. to expand their brands and gain new customers. PKR.com is the most recent online poker room to partner with other companies to expand their brand.
PKR has partnered with popular men’s magazine brands, Nuts and Loaded. The partnership will see poker rooms branded with Nuts and Loaded as well as online and magazine publications based on poker. The online poker rooms will be branded with Nuts and Loaded imagery which would commonly be seen in the magazines.
The most common seen images in the magazines are partially clothed women, so players should expect to see those images as well as being able to dress their avatar in Nuts and Loaded clothing. Those who read the magazines will be able to enjoy reading articles written by Team PKR Pro’s which will give poker tips and stories of their experiences in various poker tournaments.
Simon Prodger PKR’s Marketing Director commented: “We think that the collaboration with IPC Media is a perfect matchup of brands. Nuts and Loaded readers are spot on for us, and by having branded environments within our game, we offer them a unique poker experience.” IPC Media is the company behind the Nuts and Loaded magazine.

Both are iconic men’s lifestyle brands and collaborating with a partner of the caliber and scale of PKR really ticks all the boxes.”
