UltimateBet Signs Brandon Cantu to Team UB - Tuesday, June 30, 2009
Brandon Cantu is the newest member of the UltimateBet Online poker team and he joins the ranks of the impressive players representing the online poker room. Cantu is representing the online poker at this year's World Series of Poker and already he has picked up a WSOP bracelet. It looks as though UltimateBet made a great choice in signing Cantu. 2009 WCOOP Tentative Schedule Released - Monday, June 22, 2009
PokerStars recently released a tentative schedule for their upcoming World Championship of Online Poker. The WCOOP is the largest online tournament in both prize money as well as the number of players competing. This year's event is set to begin in September so PokerStars has released the schedule for players to get ready to compete. (full story)

Ryane8443 Wins Bodog $100K Guaranteed Tournament - Monday, June 08, 2009
Online poker tournament play was back to normal this weekend as the World Series of Poker continues. Numbers are just about normal at the online poker room tournaments including those at Bodog poker. Last week many of the tournaments had an increase in numbers and the weekend guaranteed tournaments had good increases in their prize pools but this past weekend saw just the normal average of players competing. Antonius and Dwan Continue Durrrr Challenge - Monday, June 08, 2009
Last week Patrik Antonius and Tom Dwan took a break from the World Series of Poker to continue their faceoff of the "durrrr challenge". The two poker pros logged onto Full Tilt to continue their challenge and managed to compete for almost three hours and adding 874 hands to the 14,000+ hands they have already completed. Now after the latest round of play Antonius is in the lead, up $447,684 over Dwan. (full story)

ECOOP IV Day 6 and 7 Results - Monday, June 01, 2009
The ECOOP IV at Titan Poker has seen large numbers of players logging on to compete in the online tournament series. So much so that each day's event has seen so many players registered that the guaranteed prize pools have increased on a large scale.
